Power Pro Muscle Building Supplement - Scam or Not?

Lifting weights and eating a proper diet helps build muscle --- in a sense, yes. However, once you hit a muscle-building plateau, getting supplements seems like the only feasible way to get those damn gainz. However, purchasing a lot of supplements would blow your hard-earned cash. You should learn how your muscles work.

Sport Nutrition Power Pro is a muscle building supplement designed to help you break out of plateaus. Other supplements promise you decent gains in a couple of weeks but it is just nothing but an elaborate scam. You will never be able to see awesome results without the help of a supplement as awesome as Sport Nutrition Power Pro. This is no scam, we have personally tried Sport Nutrition Power Pro in the past and had some really decent results.

This is a no-brainer ---the absolute most efficient muscle building steroids of all are that of testosterones; pretty much any form. Not only are they the most efficient but beyond our discussion of real steroids the various testosterones are without a doubt the best muscle building steroids of all. The benefits and advantages of testosterone use are truly amazing when it comes to packing on size and we don’t mean just any size but lean tissue. Not only are the various testosterones suitable for this purpose but they are further very well-tolerated by most men. After all, testosterone is not a foreign substance, we produce it naturally.

However, there has to be something to back it up when gains stop showing, right?

XLS Carb Blocker - Scam or Not? Our Honest Review

Carb blockers are gaining popularity over the past few years. Though it is a bit questionable on how these products work, this has become a fad for people who are looking to lose weight fast without dieting.

We decided to scour the internet to look for studies regarding carb blockers, and we found one from WebMD, a very popular medical website:

What Are Starch Blockers?
Starch blockers are made from white kidney beans, which have a natural chemical called amylase. Amylase helps digest starch or complex carbohydrates. When amylase is blocked, those carbs pass through the body undigested, so you don't absorb the calories.
Some starch blockers need a prescription. They are called acarbose (Precose), andmiglitol (Glyset). These are used as treatments for blood sugar control in people with type 2 diabetes.
There are also starch blockers that are sold without a prescription as supplements.
What's the difference?
Prescription drugs have to prove to the FDA that they are safe and effective. Supplements don't. You also can't be sure of what's in a supplement.
Some supplements may have unlisted ingredients, maybe stimulants, that could be dangerous for people with diabetes, says Kathleen Dungan, MD, an endocrinologist at Ohio State University.
Prescription versions won’t have those extra ingredients, so they tend to be safer.
The FDA has sent warning letters to makers of no-prescription starch blockers in the past, saying their marketing claims are misleading.
If you're considering using any product marketed for weight loss, talk to your doctor or a dietitian first. Ask yourself if it sounds too good to be true, and be skeptical.
Do They Work?
When it comes to shedding pounds, the evidence is not clear. There’s little data to support the use of herbal supplements as carb blockers, Dungan says.
As for side effects, you could get gas, bloating, stomach cramping, and diarrhea, she says.

Fat loss doesn't come with a bad diet, to start losing weight naturally, you should start changing the things you eat and look for healthier options. Besides, who would need a lot of carbs for energy?

Instead of this very unnatural practice, isn't it better to use old classic fat burners that are sure to have no side effects like Cleanse EFX or Slimgenix?

T6 Fat Burner - Scam or Not? Our Honest Review

T6 claims to be one of the most powerful fat burners out there. As their ad copies say, it is a new developed fat burning product that produces amazing results.

Here are some benefits that they claim you will get after using T6:

  • It burns fat by thermogenics (heats the body up). It does this to an extreme level so maximum fat burning takes place.
  • It reduces water retention in the body allowing for a leaner look. Water can also be stored in excess through poor diet and other supplemented products so if you want to look lean T6 Fat Burners are perfect for you.
  •  The T6 Fat Burner will also reduce you cravings for food by suppressing your appetite. Fewer calories in means more stored calories (fat) have to be used!
  • The T6 fat burner will also kick your metabolism into over-drive so you burn more calories (fat) through the day.

So, how true is it that the T6 Fat Burner is the best fat burner on the market today? We decided to give it a try.

At first, T6 gave me that decent boost when working out without feeling hunger pangs. While on times that I'm on a cut, I usually feel weak and not unable to lift my PRs. I was expecting my lifts to get lower and lower as the weeks go on but it didn't. One downside is I had to move my workouts into morning or at lunchtime to prevent sleeplessness at night. It kinda feels unnatural and I would prefer something else that doesn't give that unusual boost. Before I get addicted to this product, I decided to stop.

In my opinion, Cleanse EFX or Slimgenix is a bit better and feels more natural, but I'd still give T6 a 4 star rating.

iSupp Pure - Scam or Not? Our Honest Review

What is iSupp PURE?
iSupp PURE is high quality, flawless whey protein. Specifically created with no fillers to provide maximum protein absorption to support muscular development and enhance performance.

What We Think About iSupp PURE
All in all, considering the amount of protein per serving, iSupp Pure is a good supplement for people looking to build muscle mass. To maximize results, we highly suggest that this is taken with a pre-workout like Sport Nutrition Power Pro or a testosterone booster like Nutratosterone.  Why you may ask? Protein indeed is an essential building block of your muscles. However, to be able to gain a decent size faster, you must be able to lift heavy to build muscle faster. If you are not in a rush and would just like to rely on protein, BCAAs would be enough to keep you going.

And since Christmas is coming, we would like to give you a few tips on your protein intake.

Tips on Protein Intake

  • Also, if you are a regular protein user, you must be careful on ingesting too much. Just try to eat from 0.6 g/lb- 1.0 g/lb of body weight to ensure that your kidney's stay safe.
  • Just like any other whey protein, iSupp PURE should be taken immediately after your workout, preferably with a simple carbohydrate source. This is the time when your body tends to have an insulin surge and sugar could be your best friend at this point.
  • Do not take whey protein if you have kidney problems. Always consult your dietitian if you are not sure if you have one. This could post potential health risks if you don't.

THE SCIENCE BEHIND PROTEIN COMPLEX
Protein Complex contains a protein blend of whey protein concentrate 60%, soy protein isolate 20% and micellar casein 20%, to provide a sustained release of amino acids. Its common practice that resistance trainers will use whey protein after exercise and casein before bed to utilise the fast and slow absorption rates to maximise the protein synthesis, however, when an individual is trying to increase their daily protein intake a sustained release is more applicable, and protein complex offers just that. Being a source of protein as a daily supplement, Protein Complex will help increase a trainers muscle size.

Musclepharm Assault - Scam or Not?

After an injury that kept me for one month, I purchased a fruit punched pre-workout called Assault made by Musclepharm, a very well marketed brand in the US. After some time, I thought that it would be hard to get back on track after a long downtime but it kept me going and I immediately hit the gym like my last lift was just last week.

It worked wonders for me, and I definitely am recommending Musclepharm Assault to my friends.

The endurance is very, very good. You don't get a rush of energy or feel like you're bouncing off the walls when Assault goes into effect, but there is a noticeable difference in how many reps you can do. Long lasting energy and great for lifting, compared to not taking a preworkout at all. The flavor was really awesome that I'd give it a 5-star rating. I use one scoop with 12 ounces of water (it says use 8-12 of water), so maybe I'll use less water, but I don't think it will make a difference. If you can get over this taste it is an overall good product though
