Power Pro Muscle Building Supplement - Scam or Not?

Lifting weights and eating a proper diet helps build muscle --- in a sense, yes. However, once you hit a muscle-building plateau, getting supplements seems like the only feasible way to get those damn gainz. However, purchasing a lot of supplements would blow your hard-earned cash. You should learn how your muscles work.

Sport Nutrition Power Pro is a muscle building supplement designed to help you break out of plateaus. Other supplements promise you decent gains in a couple of weeks but it is just nothing but an elaborate scam. You will never be able to see awesome results without the help of a supplement as awesome as Sport Nutrition Power Pro. This is no scam, we have personally tried Sport Nutrition Power Pro in the past and had some really decent results.

This is a no-brainer ---the absolute most efficient muscle building steroids of all are that of testosterones; pretty much any form. Not only are they the most efficient but beyond our discussion of real steroids the various testosterones are without a doubt the best muscle building steroids of all. The benefits and advantages of testosterone use are truly amazing when it comes to packing on size and we don’t mean just any size but lean tissue. Not only are the various testosterones suitable for this purpose but they are further very well-tolerated by most men. After all, testosterone is not a foreign substance, we produce it naturally.

However, there has to be something to back it up when gains stop showing, right?

XLS Carb Blocker - Scam or Not? Our Honest Review

Carb blockers are gaining popularity over the past few years. Though it is a bit questionable on how these products work, this has become a fad for people who are looking to lose weight fast without dieting.

We decided to scour the internet to look for studies regarding carb blockers, and we found one from WebMD, a very popular medical website:

What Are Starch Blockers?
Starch blockers are made from white kidney beans, which have a natural chemical called amylase. Amylase helps digest starch or complex carbohydrates. When amylase is blocked, those carbs pass through the body undigested, so you don't absorb the calories.
Some starch blockers need a prescription. They are called acarbose (Precose), andmiglitol (Glyset). These are used as treatments for blood sugar control in people with type 2 diabetes.
There are also starch blockers that are sold without a prescription as supplements.
What's the difference?
Prescription drugs have to prove to the FDA that they are safe and effective. Supplements don't. You also can't be sure of what's in a supplement.
Some supplements may have unlisted ingredients, maybe stimulants, that could be dangerous for people with diabetes, says Kathleen Dungan, MD, an endocrinologist at Ohio State University.
Prescription versions won’t have those extra ingredients, so they tend to be safer.
The FDA has sent warning letters to makers of no-prescription starch blockers in the past, saying their marketing claims are misleading.
If you're considering using any product marketed for weight loss, talk to your doctor or a dietitian first. Ask yourself if it sounds too good to be true, and be skeptical.
Do They Work?
When it comes to shedding pounds, the evidence is not clear. There’s little data to support the use of herbal supplements as carb blockers, Dungan says.
As for side effects, you could get gas, bloating, stomach cramping, and diarrhea, she says.

Fat loss doesn't come with a bad diet, to start losing weight naturally, you should start changing the things you eat and look for healthier options. Besides, who would need a lot of carbs for energy?

Instead of this very unnatural practice, isn't it better to use old classic fat burners that are sure to have no side effects like Cleanse EFX or Slimgenix?

T6 Fat Burner - Scam or Not? Our Honest Review

T6 claims to be one of the most powerful fat burners out there. As their ad copies say, it is a new developed fat burning product that produces amazing results.

Here are some benefits that they claim you will get after using T6:

  • It burns fat by thermogenics (heats the body up). It does this to an extreme level so maximum fat burning takes place.
  • It reduces water retention in the body allowing for a leaner look. Water can also be stored in excess through poor diet and other supplemented products so if you want to look lean T6 Fat Burners are perfect for you.
  •  The T6 Fat Burner will also reduce you cravings for food by suppressing your appetite. Fewer calories in means more stored calories (fat) have to be used!
  • The T6 fat burner will also kick your metabolism into over-drive so you burn more calories (fat) through the day.

So, how true is it that the T6 Fat Burner is the best fat burner on the market today? We decided to give it a try.

At first, T6 gave me that decent boost when working out without feeling hunger pangs. While on times that I'm on a cut, I usually feel weak and not unable to lift my PRs. I was expecting my lifts to get lower and lower as the weeks go on but it didn't. One downside is I had to move my workouts into morning or at lunchtime to prevent sleeplessness at night. It kinda feels unnatural and I would prefer something else that doesn't give that unusual boost. Before I get addicted to this product, I decided to stop.

In my opinion, Cleanse EFX or Slimgenix is a bit better and feels more natural, but I'd still give T6 a 4 star rating.

iSupp Pure - Scam or Not? Our Honest Review

What is iSupp PURE?
iSupp PURE is high quality, flawless whey protein. Specifically created with no fillers to provide maximum protein absorption to support muscular development and enhance performance.

What We Think About iSupp PURE
All in all, considering the amount of protein per serving, iSupp Pure is a good supplement for people looking to build muscle mass. To maximize results, we highly suggest that this is taken with a pre-workout like Sport Nutrition Power Pro or a testosterone booster like Nutratosterone.  Why you may ask? Protein indeed is an essential building block of your muscles. However, to be able to gain a decent size faster, you must be able to lift heavy to build muscle faster. If you are not in a rush and would just like to rely on protein, BCAAs would be enough to keep you going.

And since Christmas is coming, we would like to give you a few tips on your protein intake.

Tips on Protein Intake

  • Also, if you are a regular protein user, you must be careful on ingesting too much. Just try to eat from 0.6 g/lb- 1.0 g/lb of body weight to ensure that your kidney's stay safe.
  • Just like any other whey protein, iSupp PURE should be taken immediately after your workout, preferably with a simple carbohydrate source. This is the time when your body tends to have an insulin surge and sugar could be your best friend at this point.
  • Do not take whey protein if you have kidney problems. Always consult your dietitian if you are not sure if you have one. This could post potential health risks if you don't.

Musclepharm Assault - Scam or Not?

After an injury that kept me for one month, I purchased a fruit punched pre-workout called Assault made by Musclepharm, a very well marketed brand in the US. After some time, I thought that it would be hard to get back on track after a long downtime but it kept me going and I immediately hit the gym like my last lift was just last week.

It worked wonders for me, and I definitely am recommending Musclepharm Assault to my friends.

The endurance is very, very good. You don't get a rush of energy or feel like you're bouncing off the walls when Assault goes into effect, but there is a noticeable difference in how many reps you can do. Long lasting energy and great for lifting, compared to not taking a preworkout at all. The flavor was really awesome that I'd give it a 5-star rating. I use one scoop with 12 ounces of water (it says use 8-12 of water), so maybe I'll use less water, but I don't think it will make a difference. If you can get over this taste it is an overall good product though

Promatrix 7 Review - Scam or Not?

I was walking around a nearby mall and found a supplement that is new to my eyes; Promatrix 7. It wasn't really that noticeable if people weren't lining up to buy it. Just when I was about to purchase my favorite supplement brand, I was a bit curious and decided to give this protein powder a good look.

Considering the price, this protein powder is prone to scrutiny. While other protein powders cost around Php2500-3500 per 5 lbs, Promatrix 7 costs roughly 1,600 Pesos for a 5 pound bag. Though it doesn't come in a tub and is just packed in a resealable bag, it is still a big difference. So, is this a shabby supplement?

Their website comes with a short statement comparing whey protein to Promatrix 7.

PROMATRIX 7 VS ORDINARY WHEY PROTEIN

Ordinary Whey Protein, though quickly absorbed into the blood stream causing an anabolic effect, their effects are short-lived as the blood amino acid levels of whey only last for a short period of time. PROMATRIX 7 proprietary protein blend contains more of the biologically active protein fractions not found in whey isolates alone and offers a protein combination found to be responsible for short and long-acting anabolic and anti-catabolic properties necessary for growth and repair.

To settle it once and for a while, we decided to give this protein powder a try and here are our observations:

Taste - Other chocolate-flavored protein powders are rich in chocolate flavor, Promatrix 7 tastes a bit like soy milk with a little chocolate.

Price - At 1,600 Pesos, what would you expect? Being a fan of premium supplements, I would hate to say that I personally love it. I never felt weak and my lifts were consistent like before, when I was using a high-end protein powder (which I will probably review soon too).

Protein Content - While it isn't as pure as other protein powders, it is worth it for the price. I can easily chug 2 scoops of Promatrix 7 after I work out at the cost of 1 scoop from other brands. Another big advantage is its slow release; 42 grams of protein could keep you building muscle for 7 hours aside from your whole food meals.

The Verdict

I would personally suggest people to use this supplement if they are on a tight budget. For me, it worked wonders when I took it with Power Pro and Nutratosterone. A good pre-workout and high levels of testosterone could help the proteins in this supplement be absorbed better by the body.

Lipitrex - Scam or Not?

The product Lipitrex claims to offer a unique “4-in-1″ approach to weight loss. Lipitrex comes in the form of a capsule and is manufactured by Progressive Health Nutraceuticals. The four elements of the Lipitrex approach are: 1) appetite control, 2) minimize the storage of fat, 3) boost metabolic rate and 4) enhance energy levels. Sounds great if it works! When taking Lipitrex, take two capsules in the morning and two in the evening, along with 8 ounces of water. Optimal results should appear within 45 to 60 days of following your normal routine. The manufacturer of Lipitrex sells a one month supply for the product for $74.95, then offers discounts for users wishing to buy a multiple-month supply.

The official Lipitrex website does offer helpful user testimonials, as well as a useful general guide to the negative health effects of obesity. It also offers a complete list of ingredients for Lipitrex, and explains how these ingredients are intended to facilitate one of the four crucial aspects of weight-loss. Users who buy either the three or six month Lipitrex package also receive Progressive Health’s weight loss manual, The Personal Training System, as a free gift. Though we have not seen a copy for ourselves, this books claims to offer advice on everything form nutritional planning and weight loss myths to motivational techniques and exercise routines.
List of Ingredients

The full list of ingredients found in Lipitrex is: Magnesium Oxide, Chromium Polynicotinate, Green Tea Extract, Coleus Forskohlii, PinnoThin, CLA, Citrius Aurantium Extract, Guarana Extract, Caffeine.

Product Features

We were disturbed by the inclusion of CLA in Lipitrex. While it has shown some potential benefits as a glucose blocker, it may also alter the body’s ability to process insulin. CLA, which stands for conjugated linoleic acid, has been shown to reduce the body’s amount of cortisol, which specifically targets belly fat. Belly fat is one of the last fats that the body burns while exercising, making this appealing. However, CLA may also change the body’s insulin intake capabilities, which could ultimately lead to diabetes. We’ve found many animal lab tests on this product, but few involving human subjects, and we’d like to see more research.

Overall, we think that this supplement wouldn't produce that much results. It is too good to be true.

Why We Think That Cleanse EFX is Awesome

Battling a heavy stomach can be a real burden on day-to-day life. Feeling better means doing better. Cleanse EFX could give you more control to overcome these symptoms and be more productive in your everyday activities. WHY NOT START TODAY?

Colons that contain parasites are often impacted with mucous that prevents nutrients for cells from being absorbed.

As a result you tend to eat more and more in order to get enough nutrition to get through the day which, in turn, leads to more weight gain.

An average person in the western world will eat 4-6 meals/day and have a typical bowel-movement (bm) once a day. This leaves anywhere from 5-8 meals of food sitting in your system.

But you can STOP the cycle. Cleanse EFX contains natural ingredients that help flush harmful food debris and toxins from the colon leaving it clean, disinfected, and functioning properly.

Cleanse EFX provides an all-natural solution to burn carbohydrates faster and metabolize fat within the body quicker. The all-natural ingredients create a metabolic reaction by breaking down carbohydrates into energy. Not only does this reaction quicker, it also may increase the body's energy allowing you to lead a more active and healthy lifestyle!

Nutratosterone Testosterone Booster - Scam or Not?

Nutratosterone is a highly advanced testosterone supplement, scientifically formulated to help optimize the production of testosterone and regulate other key hormones for male production. Nutratosterone's unique formula contains optimally researched dosages of testosterone-promoting compounds, so you are assured that this is not a scam.

STUDIES AND TESTS SHOW THE MAIN INGREDIENTS IN Nutratosterone ARE EFFECTIVE
In a study of men that exercise regularly, those supplementing with the key ingredients found in Nutratosterone experienced significant increases in free testosterone, to support gains in mass and strength, as well as an increase in libido and sexual performance.

Nutratosterone Scam?

This is not a scam. Nutratosterone will help you overcome your natural limits and help you start looking, performing, and feeling like a true spartan hero.

When I started taking 2 Nutratosterone capsules, I was a bit skeptic that nutratosterone could be a scam, so I was thinking that it wouldn't work. Within a few days, you should start to feel Nutratosterone working in your system, so my previous scam speculation was heavily debunked. I Enjoyed the benefits of increased energy, higher sex drive and improved performance.

Cleanse EFX - Scam or Not?

Cleanse EFX is a new detoxing supplement being marketed online. Albeit being a new contender in the detox supplement area, it has already earned scam suspicions due to its low cost yet amazing benefits. So, is Cleanse EFX a Scam or Not?

While it is not common for people to carry more than 20 pounds of waste in their colon, there are some people that contain more than that inside their stomach. This much waste could have negative effects to your body and thus should be flushed.

Most of  the waste found in our colons is ultra-high level fat and preservatives. Adding the pollution from processed meats and dirty water, your stomach would leave you feeling yucky and down.

CleanseFX provides an all-natural solution to burn the carbohydrates that you eat faster and metabolize all that fat in the body faster. So not only is Cleanse EFX a detoxing supplement, it is also, in a way, a fat burner.

So, what do you think? Is Cleanse EFX a scam or not?

As for us, we do not think that Cleanse EFX is a scam. With its ingredients, it is possible that it could act as a diuretic and eventually, a weight loss supplement.

Slimgenix Fat Burner: Scam or Not?

More and more supplement review requests are coming in, so we are doing 2 supplement reviews per day. Another review that was requested from our facebook page was for "Slimgenix". Though we honestly have never heard of this brand, we decided to look for it on the internet.

Cellapuria Luxury Anti-Wrinkle Cream - Scam or Not?

Cellapuria Anti-Wrinkle Cream is supposedly a product that guarantees that it would be the last skin care product that you'll spend money on. However, most people find promises like this too good to be true, so we at RSR decided to review this "wonder supplement" to answer the question, "Is Cellapuria a Scam or Not?"

Just as our previous test, we hired 10 people to test the product out for us. The rules are the same; there is no change in diet or lifestyle on any of the test subjects.

Test Results:
-8 out of 10 gave positive responses that indeed, the cream worked
-1 out of 10 gave a negative response
-1 was neither positive nor negative (no response)

The Verdict:
Cellapuria indeed is not a scam, just like other people suggest. It is a cream that works wonders for cracked, damaged, or even burnt skin. For people that are conscious with their aging skin, this is one cream that could be their fountain of youth.

Amabella Intensive Corrective Serum - Scam or Not?

Amabella Intensive Corrective Serum is an age-defying serum with lipopeptides as its main ingredient.  This wonder promises to target wrinkles, hydrate your skin and give you a fairer, radiant skin. The same ingredient is found on today's anti-ageing creams, but what sets Amabella apart from everything else? Is Amabella Intensive Corrective Serum a scam or is it a wonder serum that does exactly what it promises?

For us to know if Amabella is indeed legitimate or nothing but an elaborate online marketing scam, we hired 10 people on-board to test the product.

The people that we hired came from all walks of life aged from 40-50. In order for us to identify if this product really works, we should consider test subjects living different lifestyles, doing different daily routines, and eating their own regular meals everyday.

Test Results:

Without a change in their diet or lifestyle, we got the following results:
-8 out of 10 reported that their regular wrinkles were reduced
-6 out of 10 reported that their deep wrinkles were reduced
-7 out of 10 reported that their overall area of wrinkles were reduced.

The Verdict:

Amabella  Intensive Corrective Serum most likely isn't a scam, as we have seen multiple reviews of this product and we have tried it ourselves. On the first few weeks of using Amabella Intensive Corrective Serum, our test-subjects reported that they achieved desirable results.
